Programmes are for personal use only. Participants may not:
Share login details or distribute materials to others
Upload content to file-sharing sites, social media, or other platforms
Use materials in another course, workshop, or training programme
Sell, sublicense, or redistribute any content
Violations may result in immediate removal from programmes and community spaces, and potential legal action.
Participants must respect others. Disruptive, abusive, or harmful behaviour may result in removal from the community or programme without refund.
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, or remove participants from programmes, community spaces, or live sessions where behaviour is considered disruptive, abusive, harmful, or in violation of these Terms. Removal may occur immediately to protect the safety and experience of other participants.
Programme content may only be delivered by licensed facilitators. No unauthorised training, delivery, or distribution of programme content is permitted.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe through Podia Inc.
We do not store full payment card details.
Other third-party services include IONOS (hosting/email) and Google Analytics (tracking).
Users must comply with the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers.
Refunds are detailed in the programme purchase terms. Please review before purchase.
Participation is voluntary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feel Better Evolution® is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of income, business, or opportunity
Decisions or actions taken as a result of programme participation
Participants are responsible for their own decisions and actions.
